Abstract
We present theoretical results on phase transition anomalies of the diffusive X-ray scattering due to point defects. The comparison with results for thermal fluctuations in the order parameter is made. There are also discussed possible experiments which may provide not only a verification of the theory but the characteristics of defects figurating in a number of theoretical expressions.
