Abstract
We report several dielectric relaxation measurements in Fe or Nb doped barium titanate grown either in KF flux (Remeika method) or in TiO2 flux (pulling method). The mean field approximation is not valid : the dipoles exhibit a collective effect, perhaps as in a polar glass, but complicated by various compensation mechanisms.
