Abstract
Powders of composition Pb0.92 La0.08 (Zr0.65 Ti0.35)0.98O3 were prepared by using different starting raw materials: (a) Chemically coprecipitated powders from oxi-alkoxides, (b) Chemically coprecipitated powders from aqueous solutions of nitrates, and (c) Chemically coprecipitated from aqueous solutions of chlorides. All of them were conventionally sintered in an air atmosphere. The ceramic and electrical properties of these materials were studied.
