Abstract
Micro-Raman studies were performed for hexagonal and external regions of GASH single crystals grown at various temperatures. No significant differences in the internal vibrations of molecular groups were observed, however, in the hexagonal part more pronounced back ground scattering and line broadening is found. The frequencies of the molecular groups were found to vary with the growth temperature of GASH crystals.
