Abstract
Within the frame of the ANNNI model, domain wall profiles, free energies for the stable and for the activated wall configurations, and distance dependences of interaction energies were calculated as functions of temperature, interaction ratios, and an external field. In parts of the ferroelectric region of the phase diagram, the interaction shows a damped oscillatory dependence on distance.
