Abstract
The temperature dependence of lattice parameters in the temperature range from RT to 970K confirmed the existence of the orthorhombic-ferroelastic phase between 712K and 935K. The symmetries of crystal structures at 740K and 950K belong to Pcmn and P63/mmc space groups, respectively. The refinement of the crystal structure of the high temperature phase shows that the structure is disordered.
