Abstract
The relaxation of the intensity of the diffraction peaks observed after switching off the electric field in the electric field cooled structural glass model of Rb1-x(ND4)xD2PO4, has been studied by a molecular-dynamic computer simulation. The relaxation obeys the Kohlrausch law with the exponent β:O.35±O.1 and the relaxation time strongly dependending on temperature. Reorientations of the ferroelectric clusters, which were oriented along the field during the cooling process, are responsible for the observed phenomena.
