Abstract
Some possible atomic structural models of the grain boundary in PLZT transparent ferroelectric ceramics were constructed according to the HREM image photomicrographs taken near the grain boundary from a high resolution electron microscope. These models give not only a clear picture of the grain boundary structure in PLZT ceramics, but can also be used as a reference for grain boundary research of other ceramics with similar struture.
