Abstract
The impurities behaviour in matrix with phase transitions and soft modes is a very interesting problem for scientific and practical points of view.1–4 In this case there is a possibility of defects local symmetry breaking and appearance of new states, optical and luminescence properties. The most attractive for studies are the luminescence properties of laser-active impurities in matrix with temperature-dependent soft modes.
