Abstract
SAW delay line application in modulator circuit is presented and discussed, the SAW modulator based on a variable delay line with the FeBSi thin film has been realized and its distortion factor has been measured. The multilayer configuration of a delay line is proposed to decrease constant magnetic field biasing of the magnetic film in SAW delay line modulators.
