The passage of fast charged particle through a ferroelectric

Abstract

Some possible mechanisms of fast electron braking in a ferroelectric target are discussed. The anomaly in the electron energy loss observed at the Curie temperature has been shown to be connected with the ionization of the electron states localized on heterogeneous fluctuations of the electrical polarization.
