Abstract

Structural and dielectric investigations on ceramic Pb(Zr_1−xHf _x )O₃ solid solutions with Hf content up to 5 mol % are reported. The intermediate ferroelectric phase in a narrow temperature range below the Curie point was observed. The phase transitions FE-PE and FE-AFE are diffused.
