Abstract
Permittivity, remanent polarization and pyroelectric coefficient of Pb1−xLa x (Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 ceramics with La content from 0.75 to 10% were measured. Temperature dependences of remanent polarization were determined from hysteresis loops and from graphical integration of pyroelectric currents. Marked thermal depolarization currents were observed above the Curie temperature. These currents appear to be due to the existence of space charge polarization in the tested samples.
