Abstract
The ideas about certain stages at diffuse ferroelectric phase transitions are developed. It is shown that at these transitions FE-cluster and macrodomain stages may take place. The transformation from macrodomain state into FE-cluster state at heating is studied. It is proved that this process is of relaxation character.
