Calculation of ferroelectric-antiferroelectric phase boundary of PSZT

Abstract

According to the different contributions of Ti4- and Sn4- to the spontaneous polarization, a simple formula is given to compute the AF-F phase boundary of PSZT. The inversion of phase order between PZT and PSZT and the vertical phase boundary of PSZT are discussed.
