Peculiarities of structure and phase tranitions in lead-containing ferroelectric perovskites

Abstract

On the basis of experimental data of X-ray structure analysis of lead-containing perovskites we have analyzed the ratios of thermal parameters of the atoms, the character of their change at the phase transitions, the structural conditions of anti-ferroelectric phases and the effects of interaction different parameters of the ordering.
