Abstract
Temperature and time dependences of the electric permittivity were investigated for PbZrxTi1-xO3 single crystals with xα 0.99. In the intermediate phase below transition point, ε(t) runs were better fitted to the stretched exponential than to the logarithmic functions. Application of a d.c. electric field induces a transition from glass-like to ferroelectric behaviour In this case the logarithmic time law for ε(t) is obeyed.
