Abstract
Temperature dependence as well as dispersion (spectral range 457.9 to 632.8 nm) of OA for LATGS crystals with the Ala concentration, cac , equal 0.155, 0.295, and 0.370 weight % have been measured by classical method along the optical axis. The relation between OA and Ps as well as the origin of OA in TGS-like crystals is discussed.
