Abstract

The conditions of the formation of conducting layers in ferroelectrics are investigated. In particular, the possibilities of superconductivity emergence in ferroelectrics are discussed when encountering domains are formed. A jump of resistivity within the range of Curie temperature in ferroelectrics is explained.
