Abstract
The novel results of RF-SHF measurements of the complex dielectric constant are presented, providing new information about the nature of “phase transition” (PT) in the important and most studied K1-xLi x TaO3 single crystals (KLT). Existence of a particular temperature point To has been discovered in KLT crystals (To = 115 K for x = 0.14, To = 100 K for x = 0.10 and To < 80 K for x = 0.05). To is to be attributed to a structural phase transition the nature of which is the ordering of the system of Liions.
