Domain structures in hydrogen-bonded mixed crystals

Abstract

In hydrogen-bonded mixed crystals of ferro- and antiferro-electrics, Rb1-x(NH4)xH2PO4, the domain structures for all phases are discussed by means of 2D-Monte Carlo simulation. To confirm the structures, 87Rb NMR-NQR spectra are also derived theoretically in good agreement with the observed NMR signals.
