Electron emission imaging of the ferroelectric domains

Electron emission method for ferroelectric domains observation has been developed. It makes it possible by using a position sensitive electron detector to observe the static and dynamic domain configuration and to study a screening process at a ferroelectric surface. Nature of the electron emission contrast of the polar crystals, consideration of the FEE imaging technique and some results of the domain structure investigations are presented.
