Simultaneous generation of second (532 nm) and third (355 nm) harmonics of Nd:YAG laser radiation in lithium niobate crystal with laminar domains was registered. 18%, and 0.3% intrinsic conversion efficiency to second and third harmonic respectively was registered at input optical power density of 150 MW/cm2. Crystals investigated were grown along the pseudocubic (100) direction from melt doped with 0.5 mole % of yttrium oxide. Ferroelectric domains were thin plates parallel to the face of pseudocube. Second and third harmonic were generated in different crystal sections with 6.2 and 5.7 μm period of domain structure respectively.
