Abstract
Ferroelectric solid solutions exist in the systems (I-x)BaTiO3-xY⅓Ba ⅔CuO3−δ, (I) and (I-x)PbTiO3-xBaPbO3 (II) in the concentration regions 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.02 (I) and 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 (II). The addition of the compounds with metallic conductivity deteriorates ferroelectric properties; it leads to the decrease of the Curie temperature and the spontaneous polarization. Nevertheless, high polarizability still exist in the samples of the system I with x < 0.5.
