Phenomenological theory of phase transitions in DMAAS crystal

Abstract

A theoretical-group analysis of hypothetic high-symmetry phase of DMAAS crystals is made. Phenom-enological model which describes anomalies of spontaneous polarization and dielectric constant upon the ferroelectric phase transition at 152 K as well as anomalies at 110 K have been built.
