Secondary electron emission from thin ferroelectric, semiconducting, ht-superconducting layers (model and methodical possibilities)

Abstract

The model of secondary electron emission from oxides with various electron structure is developed. The theory is shown to be a basis for new methods in studies of semiconductors, ferroelectrics, HT superconductors (determination of electron structure parameters, detection of the phase transition, analysis of phase composition, oxygen deficiency measurements).
