On the base of the model of two interacting order parameters taking into account the anharmonicity of elastic energy the peculiarities of phase transitions between FE and AFE states are analyzed. The obtained results are compared with experimental phase diagrams for PZT-based solid solutions. Phase transitions in PLZT system are considered in detail. It is shown that the peculiarities of phase transitions in this system are described in the frames of the ideas of FE-AFE phase transitions developed in the present paper.
