Abstract
Pyroelectric properties of lanthanum oxide doped and undoped sodium vanadate and rubidium vanadate have been investigated in the temperature range covering their transition points. Sharp peaks in pyroelectric current and coefficients have been observed at their Curie temperatures. The pyroelectric current and coefficients increased up to 0.1 mol % of dopant, however, decreased for higher concentrations. The Curie temperature of sodium vanadate and rubidium vanadate decreased with increase of dopant concentrations of lanthanum oxide.
