Abstract

The introduction of tungsten and niobium oxides into pure bismuth titanate allows one to reduce dielectric losses and the conductivity down to 10−10 S/m, to raise the permittivity up to 170, and to stabilize piezoelectric properties. The thermos lectret state becomes stable - in 6 years after polarization the surface density of the charge was 26 μC/m2.
