Abstract
Abstract Dielectric properties of Al-stabilized La2/3TiO3 perovskite ceramics were measured at MHz and GHz frequencies. In contrast with the already reported dielectric properties of La2/3TiO3 monocrystals or undoped La2/3TiO3 ceramics prepared at high temperatures, Al-stabilized La2/3TiO3 ceramics is distinguished by a decreased dielectric loss (tgδ< 3.10−4) In a microwave frequency range, the dielectric constant remains high (60–72), and the Q-factor is between 9.600–20.000. Further improvement of electrical properties was achieved by Bi2O3.2TiO2 addition (Tk). The addition of BaLa2Ti4O12 slightly increased the dielectric constant measured in microwave frequency range, but the Q-factor decreased significantly.
