Abstract
Raman spectra of four kinds of BaTiO3 ceramic, Cu-doped, unreduced and reduced samples are examined. Raman lines at 270 and 520 cm-1 are broadened in Cu-doped sample, which is attributed to the local disorder of Ti ions. The Fano asymmetric line shapes at 196 and 474 cm−1 in the unreduced and the reduced BaTiO3 are observed and discussed where resonant interference is manifested.
