Effect of rear electrode absorptivity on pyroelectric detection

Abstract

Considering a bsorptions of two electrodes and absorption of bulk material, the responsivity expression of the suspended pyroelectric detector with a semi—transparent front electrode is given. The responsivity and noise equivalent power of the detector are calculated. The effet of rear electrode a bsorptivity on the pyroelectric detection is analyzed.
