Abstract

Influence of a depolarization field Ed on the fractal domain structures of KDP has been explored by comparing the domain structures formed in an electroded state of and in an unelectroded state of the same c plate. It is found that the field Ed reduces the periods of the structures and causes their fractal aspects.
