Abstract

A Josephson junction with an interaction between the phase rotation and the ferroelectric polarization are studied theoretically. Except possible applications for electronics (as a quantum interferometer pyroelectric sensor, for instance), superconductor-ferroelectric- super-conductor structure can be used to simulate some physical processes in the quasi-one-dimensional oxide superconductors.
