Abstract

Various thicknesses of the PVDF / TGS composite material film have been prepared. The influence of the film thickness on the properties of the composite film has been investigated. The thinner the film, the higher are its dielectric constant and loss tangent as well as pyroelectric coefficient. The D * (500k, 12.5Hz) of the detector made from the thin film comes up to 1.5 × 108cm • Hz½ • W−1.
