Microwave magnetoelectric effects in antiferromagnet Nd2CuO4

Abstract

The quadratic influence of the electric field on the microwave magnetic susceptibility and on the AFMR spectrum was found in Nd2CuO4 in the temperature range 1.2–10 K where the rare earth magnetic subsystem has considerable polarization. The excitation of the resonance AFMR mode by the microwave electric field was observed.
