Phase diagram in the Rb1_x(Nd4)xD2PO4 and Rb1-x (Nd4)x D2AsO4 systems

The phase diagram in Rb1-x(ND4)xD2PO4 and Rb1-x(ND4)xD2AsO4 systems was determined via dielectric measurements. From the Vogel-Fulcher behaviour of the low frequency limit of the dielectric relation spectrum the phase transition boundary between the ergodic glass and nonergodic glass phase was determined. The phase boundaries in Rb1-x(ND4)xD2PO4 were determined with dielectric measurements and fitted to the expressions which are obtained by pseudospin random-bond random-field model.
