Abstract

The mechanism of the polarization reversal in ferroelectrics is discussed by considering the distribution of neutralizing charges in the electrode based upon the 2D electron lattice model. It can be explained that the domain wall movement in the liquid electrode is much easier than in the metal electrode by this consideration.
