Abstract

Domain nucleation process in (CH3NH3)5Bi2Br11 single crystals was investigated in alternate square pulses of electric field, using the liquid crystal decoration technique. Oscillations of the domain walls and their sidewise growth due to the existence of the internal bias field have been observed.
