The photoconductivity in the wide intervals of the temperatures and wavelengths were studied in the photorefractive Bi2TeO5 single crystals. It is supposed that the optical memory in the Bi2TeO5 single crystals may be connected with the deep local levels participating in electron processes of the photoconductivity.
