Temperature dependence of dielectric properties and specific resistance in ferroelectric crystals with hydrogen bonds, KH2PO4 (KDP), diglycine nitrate (DGN), NaH3(SeO3)2 (SHS) and triglycine sulfate (TGS) near the phase transition points is studied. The comparison of specific resistance with dielectric permittivity shows that specific resistance features occur over the temperature range of proton sublattice nonstability that is some dozen degrees below the phase transition temperature. Theoretical interpretation of these phenomena is suggested. The model is based on the assumption that partial disorder of proton subsystem takes place and produces the increase of conductivity based on proton mobility in crystals.
