Investigations of chaos emergence in sinusidally driven series resonant LCR-circuit with ferroelectric crystals TGS, KDP and CDP were carried out. Identification of oscillatory modes was realized by means of recording of phase portraits and Poincare maps of the circuit under consideration. The bifurcation diagrams in the spaces of external driving parameters (amplitude-frequency, amplitude-temperature, amplitude-value of de electric field) were studied. Onset of chaotic oscillations in LCR-circuit with ferroelectric crystals under studying is discussed in relationship with behaviour of domain structure in the process of polarization reversal.
