Abstract
The series impedance method was used to study the temperature changes of piezoelectric properties of (NH4)4LiH3(SO4)4 (ALHS). At RT, the anisotropy of the elastic properties in the XY plane of this crystal was determined and found to be in good agreement with the results of Brillouin scattering studies. The d14 piezoelectric moduli showed a significant maximum at Tc = 232 K whereas d31 and d33 moduli were not temperature dependent.
