Abstract
An algorithm permitting the calculation of the parameters characterizing localized states of the off-center ions from the dielectric of ABO3 perovskite crystals has been proposed. The displacement dependence of the effective electric fields on the A ions has been taken into account. The effective charges and displacements of the off-center ions were obtained and compared with the experimental data.
