Abstract

With the selective proton exchange method followed by quick heat treatment, the periodic domain-inversion is realized on the -c face of LiTaO₃crystals. The Curie temperature of the exchanged (Tc(PE)) LT has been evaluated by the DSC measurement. The formation mechanism of the domain inversion is discussed.
