Abstract
The capacitance-voltage(C-V) analysis was performed in the temperature range 300°C∼440°C in order to observe the ferroelectric characteristics of Li2B4O7 single crystal. Furthermore, the lattice parameters are measured in the temperature range R.T.∼800°C in order to observe the phase transition. It was confirmed that Li2B4O7 single crystal reveals the ferroelectric properties over a wide temperature range at least from R.T. to 440°C by using the C-V analysis. And we suppose that the phasse transition temperature of the Li2B4O7 is near 500 °C by using the temperature dependences of lattice parameters.
