Low frequency study on electric properties in SbSJ-modified

Pages 125-130 | Received 26 Mar 1996, Published online: 07 Mar 2011

Abstract

In this paper some of dielectric and electric properties of needle-shaped crystal of SbSJ (doped with chlorine - SbSJ:0.1%Cl) have been presented. The time and temperature dependencies of electric permittivity, current-time characteristics, current-voltage and temperature changes of electric conductivity have been investigated. The appropriate measurements have been performed in the temperature range from 190K to 370K. The undertaken investigations have shown a complex character of ferroelectric phase transition in the sample. On the base of the obtained results the type of conductivity and the activation energy of current carriers have been determined.
