Abstract

According to the SrxBa1−xTiO3 formula, the ceramics samples were prepared by a common mixed-powder technique. While the strontium level was 0.30, the ceramics show the remarkable relaxation phase transition. The function of the differential time domain dielectric spectrum can be expressed as:

The time domain parameters (τn and αn) have different values in ferroelectric phase transition region, ferroelectric phase, and paraelectric phase respectively. The fast component is the contribution of the lattice polarization. The slow components are the contribution of space charges that are in various bound state. They are in correspondence with the results of frequency domain measurement that the reciprocal of e’ dependence of lgfare in different slope line segments.
