Abstract
Twenty‐four of the 25 species of Plantago found in the Iberian Peninsula were studied palynologically by light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The data obtained were subjected to Centered Data Analysis. This revealed the taxonomic significance of certain palynological characters.
