SUMMARY
The conditions for forming the amorphous state in electrodeposited Co-P films have been studied. The influences of the deposition regime and electrolyte composition on the phosphorus content in the sample surface have been considered. The large non-equilibrium of crystallization together with the incorporation of nonmetallic phosphorus have been found essentially to influence the amorphization process.
